HIGHEST SALARIES GO TO IDAHO EDUCATORS Special to The Tribune. BOISE, May 22. The two highest salaried sal-aried men connected with the state government gov-ernment and institutions are Dr. E. A. Brvan, state commissioner of education, and Dr. E. H. I.lndley, president of the University of Idaho. Each receives $6000 per anivum. which is $1000 more than the governor receives. They came to Idaho and took their respective re-spective positions at ?5000 per annum oh the condition that their salaries would be raised $1000 a year more. The state board of education at its last regular meeting authorized the increase. in-crease. At the same time it increased the salary of Herman B. Atkinson, acting president of the Idaho Technical institute at Pocalello, from $3500 to $0000 per annum. an-num. These salaries are on a par wilh the salaries paid educators In other states.
