OCR Text	Show RAIL CLERKS FAVOR FEDERAL OWNERSHIP CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 22. Just, before be-fore fitiiil adjourn men L of tlie nations 1 convention of the Brotherhood of Railway Clerks today, a motion was adopted indorsing in-dorsing the "Plumb plan" for the disposition dis-position of the railroads. The plan is so called because it was mainly the work of Glenn Plumb of Chicago, general council coun-cil for the railroad, brotherhoods. The plan provides for absolute government govern-ment ownership. Among grand vice presidents elected today was J. R. Abbott of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
