Swiss Sounded on Blockade. BERNE, May 22. (By the Associated Press). It is confirmed that the allied and associated governments have addressed ad-dressed a question to the Swiss government govern-ment as to whether it would be willing and ready to take measures for a severer blockade against Germany should circumstances cir-cumstances require it. It is believed here this step is preparatory to action, should Germany refuse to sign the treatv.
