Mr. Pow was i ."iS years old and had been ill some five i months. ' Born in England. Mr. Pow came to ; America many years a?:o, making his ; home at Salt Lake. For a considerable 1 period he was head of the Fred Taylor firm, hat makers. He is survived by j his widow and one stepson, Oscar Hitt, cartoonist of the Chicago Herald. j Funeral arrangements had not been made last night. I i |
