By International News i-erviee. WASHLNGTOX. Feb. 23. Senator Harry S. New of Indiana. Thomas P. Schall. the blind congressman from the Tenth Minnesota district, and William Penman, former chairman of the shipping ship-ping board, made flights with Colonel Charles Lee of the British Royal flying corps her.e this afternoon. It was the first time that any of the three had been up in an. airplane. Congressman Schall was not satisfied with the plain joy ride Colonel Lee had given him. When they had returned re-turned to e3rth. after circling over the citv at an altitude of about two thousand thou-sand feet. . the blind representative asked for more thrills. "Fine!
