Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, held on January 3, 1918, an assessment of two (2c) cents per share was levied on the outstanding full paid capital stock of the corpora-lion corpora-lion (..'00.000 shares), payable immediately immediate-ly to J. H. Mosc. secretary, 426 Vermont building. Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 12th day of February. 1918, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and, unless payment is made before, will be sold at the secretary's office at 12 o'clock noon, March 2. 1918. to pay the delinquent delin-quent assessment, together with the cost of advertising and expense of sale.
