That all male enemy aliens, 14 years of age or over, must present themselves for registration between February 4 and February 9. was announced" yesterday by Chief of Police J. Parley White, after he received orders, through United States Marshal Aquila Nebeker. directing him to assume full charge of the registration. Registration will take place in the lobby on the ground floor of the Public Safety building, on each of the days specitied, between 6 o'clock in the morning morn-ing and 8 o'clock in the evening. Each registrant will be required to bring four photographs of himself on thin paper, three inches long and three Inches wide.
