Colonel E. W. Cox to he a nrig-adier-Keneral on the general staff of the intelligence department, and General Travers h Clarke, quartermaster-general. These changes, Mr. MacPherson added, had nothing to do with the report to the war council on the recent operations opera-tions at Cambrai. |
