Show PAYMENTS MADE TO VETERANS OF WARS Seventy-eight Utah Indian Fighters Receive Re-ceive Payments of $10 Each Out of $25,000 Pund. Seventy-eight Utah1 Indian war veterans and widows of veterans are to receive at once $10 each out of the $25,000 appropriation appro-priation made by the last legislature for their relief. Butner. Mary E. Morris, Mor-ris, Louise D Perkins, Mary Cook, Mar-eia Mar-eia A. Hyde. Emmollne B. Wells, Ann K. Dalton Nea, Emma E. Elndsey, Peter Wimmer, Peter Hansen, William Turner, Solon W. Ilobinson, William Bawden, Philo T. Farnsworth, John E. Booth, Edwin Ed-win Nelson Austin, James Gardner, William Wil-liam Bruce, Peter Gottfredson, Bishop C. Earl, Hans O. Youne, Lewis A. Altogether there are about 2000 veterans vet-erans and widows 04' veterans who are entitled to participate in distribution of the fund. Mrs. Elizabeth M. Cohen, Indian In-dian pension commissioner, is handling the applications as fast as possible and all will be served in due time- It is not necessary for any of them to make personal per-sonal calls at the office in the capitol, unless they be residents of Salt Lake who desire to go there to make affidavit to their claims. |
