Dr. Mary Riggs Noble of Colorado Siriiif;s, Colo., lias arrived in Salt Lake to promote the interests of the War Work council of the national board of the Young Women 's Christian association. associa-tion. During her visit she will give a series of lectures on health and patriotism, patriot-ism, scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings of this week at the Assembly hall. The lectures will begin promptly at 8 o'clock and will be open to the mothers and school teachers of the city. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Thurs-day the same series will be given for girls at the West and East Side high schools. The subject for the lectures ' tor girls will be "The GirlVBit foi Herself and Her Country. M The Home and School league and the Parent-Teacher association are co-operating with the V. W. C. A. in presenting present-ing those timely lectures for women and girls.
