Show WILL MAKE MOVIES OF CANYON SCENERY J. E. Beveridge and others of the Silver Sil-ver Side Mining company returned recently re-cently from a trip to this property, which is located in American Fork canyon. Good grade ore has been encountered in several places, the last strike' occur-ing occur-ing on a lime quartzlte contact in an incline shaft at a depth of about thirty-five thirty-five feet and assaying $53.70 in silver and lead. A tunnel is now being driven to cut this formation at a depth of 150 feet. One hundred feet of tunneling has already al-ready been driven, the face of which is heavily mineralized with sulphides and Is believed to be the casing of a large ore body. C. D. Brown, a mining expert, who recently re-cently visited the property, estimates that the ore formation will be reached within thirty-five feet. Mr. Brown also reports this mine to have all the earmarks of a big property He is very enthusiastic regarding re-garding its future. The company has been reorganized, with J. E. Beveridge as president, A. O. Jacobson, vice president, and William j Holmes, secretary and treasurer. These, together with H. P. Huey and Max M. ' Beaver, comprise the board of directors. The stock is to be listed on the exchange ex-change in the near future. |
