A curious document, docu-ment, indicating what Br. Michaells, now-German now-German imperial chancellor, thinks of England, is printed by the Berlin Tag-liehe Tag-liehe Rundschau. It is in the form of lectures which Dr. Michaells delivered In Germany on returning from Tokio twenty-five years ago. Dr. Michaells then said: When a German travels round the world he cannot help being terribly envious of England.
