Pa., March 7 At the indoor international championship ice skating races, Arthur Staff negotiated the half mile in 1 minute 13 seconds, and the mile in 2 minutes 2G 1-5 seconds. Troy. N. Y. Archie Kogers of Poughkeepsie Pough-keepsie won the annual 26-mile skating marathon at Cohoes, breaking all records from the twentieth mile. His time for 26 miles was 1 hour 25 minutes 22 seconds. Royers's fastest mile was the twenty-fourth, twenty-fourth, which lie covered in 2 minutes 52 seconds.
