"This state is not in such a condition that we need a grand jury her everv month," the judge said. The names of' six of those indicted were giveu out, the men being in custody cus-tody or under bond. Thov include- Orlando Ilitt, Mead, Colo., interfering with operation of selective draft law-Johann law-Johann Dreimier, violation ot the espionage es-pionage act; Dreimicr is alleged to have made unpatriotic remarks at Ourav Colo.
