Tedrow, United States district attorney, United States Judt;e Robert E. Lewis in district court today excused the special i;iand .iury called to investigate infractions of tho espionage espion-age act, after it had reported twelvo true bills. "This state is not in such a condition that we need a grand jury her everv month," the judge said. The names of' six of those indicted were giveu out, the men being in custody cus-tody or under bond. Thov include- Orlando Ilitt, Mead, Colo., interfering with operation of selective draft law-Johann law-Johann Dreimier, violation ot the espionage es-pionage act; Dreimicr is alleged to have made unpatriotic remarks at Ourav Colo. He is au Austrian. '"' Andy Anton and Nicholas Stover Austrian subjects, illegal transportation ot explosives. The two men are ic cused of bringing twentv-two sticks 'of dynamite from Katon, X.
