' Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of Hiko Sell Mining & Milling company, a corpora-i corpora-i tion of Utah, general office at Salt Lake City, Utah, is called and will be held at the company's office, room 322 Eoston building. Salt Lake City. Utah, on Thursday, Thurs-day, January 3, 1918, at 2 o'clock p. m., for the purpose of amending Article Seven of the articles of incorporation by changing chang-ing the same as follows: ARTICLE VTX "The capital stock of this company shall be subjected to assessment at the time and manner and amount as shall be decided upon by the board of directors direc-tors in a meeting called for that purpose pur-pose as provided by law."
