OKLAHOMA ADOPTS HOOVER ORDINANCE . OKLAHOMA CITY, Dec. 2$. Mayor Overliolder today attached his signature, to an ordinance passed unanimously by the city commission, prescribing that it is a seditious act for any person, firm or corporation to violate the authorized rules of the national food administration as regards the serving or consuming of , meat on Tuesdays or wheat bread on Wednesdays. Tho only exception provides pro-vides that invalids may eat meat on nil 'days providing such action in prescribed by a physician.
