H In these cases 101 witnesses were ox- H nmlnod. It is expected that the trial H jury will bo Impanelled In about threo H week's, when all of the cased will be H The most sensational case to come bo- H fore this jury will probably be that of H the United States vs. Charles B. Cun- kWmm nlngham et al., for alleged land frauds. H The Indictment against Cunningham H and his friends was one of the first re- turned by the Jury. The case aroae out H of entries made on about 1000 acres of IH land In eastern Oregon. IH Much of the work of the grand Jury IBI has been withheld from public knowl- H edge and Indictments suppressed for H the time being are expected to create a IH sensation when they are made public.
