Show Receives Degree In Law From BYU f 1 M ' GALE FRANCIS Gale K. Francis of Bountiful Boun-tiful was recently awarded a juris doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. HE RECEIVED the degree at the commencement exercises exer-cises held April 20 on the university campus. While attending at-tending law school he has served as president of the Phi-Alpha Phi-Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, member of the Student Bar Association and has been employed as a law clerk for the Utah State Attorney General. He received his B.A. degree in political science in 1976. He served as research assistant to Dr. Richard S. Beal, International Inter-national Relations Department Depart-ment of BYU, chairman of the Student Speak Out Program and was a member of the International In-ternational Folk Dancers Performing Arts Company. GALE IS a graduate of Bountiful High School. He has been active in school and church activities. He is the son of Avon T. Francis and the late Jean T. Francis. He served a mission in the Manitoba-Minnesota Mission for the LDS Church. He has accepted a position with the law firm of Donald J. Kenney, Ltd., in Phoenix, ,Ariz. |
