Show By ALICE MITCHELL 293-1156 There are many mistakes made by me and by others. I would like to apologize for any errors which have been' made in my column and would solicit your assistance in calling me personally to give me your news. This week I would like to apologize for the mistake made in my last column. Judy Pack and Steve Pack are the parents of a much loved new baby girl. Inadvertently Inadver-tently the item made Judy and John Pack the parents. We should all know that John and Lorraine Pack are the couple which live on Page's Lane and who are planning a new subdivision back of their home at about 900 West Page's Lane. Mary and Wendell Wild are happy to announce that they now have a baby boy, who joins Corrie and Mark in the family. Colleen Anderson, daughter of Paul and Norma Anderson, enjoyed participating in the regional competition of the Sweet Adelines, held at the Capitol Theater. The Bountiful Boun-tiful Chapter won second in competition, but Colleen is tops in making of signs and things for advertising. She is also in charge of the bulletin (paper) put out by the chapter. Her sister, Sherrie, is graduating from Utah State, where she has majored in dancing and physical education. She has signed to teach school in the Alpine District. We extend deepest condolences con-dolences to the j. Dewell family in the death of their son Bryan Dewell. He has been a student at Bountiful Jr. High School. Services were held at St. Olaf's Church. We hope that Darrin Hall-man, Hall-man, son of Paul and Holly Hallman, continues to improve after his concussion he received at a game of T ball. Charlotte Hayes underwent surgery Tuesday. The David Okelberries were delighted to have their daughter Cathy and family home with them for Kerry's wedding' held last Thursday. Cathy, her husband and children live in South Dakota. The Peyton Dennises journeyed. jour-neyed. to Idaho Falls to bring their daughter Sharon home for the summer vacation. The Bishop Hesses also went to Idaho to get their Diane, who graduated from Ricks College. Pam Nelson returned home from the same school, but Clare Samuelson intends to continue going to school during the summer term. She will visit in West Bountiful from time to time. Deanne Helquist, Clare's sister, is not planning on returning re-turning to teach in the Davis County School District. She has loved teaching at View-mont View-mont and other schools in the area, but would prefer teaching closer to her home in Orem. Kay Gibson is happy that her new grandson Bryce Des-pain Des-pain is recovering from his bout with pneumonia and other complications. Kaye was entertained royally for her birthday recently. She had dinner in Salt Lake City. It was also the wedding anniversary an-niversary of her daughter Susan and her husband Clark Despain. Grandson Keith and daughter Jayne stayed home to make the beautiful birthday birth-day cake. Jayne has had fun as one of the United Nations delegates at the U. of U. Jayne is excited about graduating from Viewmont next month and will attend the U. of U. |
