The special will be colorcast on NBC-TV Wednesday, April 26. Starr's first TV entertainment special, loosely based on Mark Twain's 'The Prince and the Pauper,' is set in contemporary Hollywood. He appears as himself, a rock star who encounters his look-alike Ognir Rrats, a pathetic street vendor selling maps showing the locations of the homes of Hollywood stars. Each envies the other's lot, so they decide to change places for a few hours. Carney appears as Ognir's insensitive insensi-tive father and Fisher plays his girlfriend. Harrison and Douglas portray themselves while Ritter plays Ringo's manic manager. Dickinson appears in her 'Police Woman' role and Price plays a psychiatrist-hypnotist.
