Show H. H. CLUB An afternoon of entertainment was provided by Marie Froyd at her home Thursday. Members of the II. II. Club met to hear a timely report or. the history of the early "Mid-wives In Utah." Following the lesson by Mrs. Froyd, refreshments were served. The Home Spun in Leeds was the setting for a special going-away going-away party held in honor of Margaret Gillies. Hosting the Thursday night social were the kitchen aids of the Valley View Medical Center. Bidding farewell fare-well with words and gifts were Margaret's friends, Vanona Es-plln, Es-plln, Sarah Messer, LaVerl Cox, Lula Irons, Lilly Carter and Marguerite Mar-guerite Eyre. Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Gregerson and their daughter, Mrs. Ron (Pat) Leavitt, visited in Cedar City with Mr. and Mrs. Fred Smith and children. While here they were joined by another daughter, Miss Tonie Brlnghurst who has been attending CSU. |
