Show Sharon Rich and David L. Ridley Exchange Wedding Vows in Church Rites on Friday Miss Sharon Rich and David L. Ridley were united In marriage mar-riage last Fiiday evening in a ceremony which took place In the Second Ward chapel in Beaver. Bea-ver. Bishop Paul Neilson officiated officiat-ed in the double-ring ceremony which was attended by close relatives and friends of the young couple. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Rich of Beaver Bea-ver and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Ridley of Parowan. The newlyweds were honored that same evening at a reception hosted by the bride's parents and held in the Beaver National Guard Armory. To greet her guests the bride wore a dress of white chiffon over lace with brocade front and chapel train. Her elbow length veil was caught to a headpiece of lace and seed pearls. Her bouquet bou-quet was a white orchid with spephonotis. Attending the bride were Miss Judy Jefferson, Milford; Miss Jennene Farnsworth, Adamsville; Miss Janice Vickers, Miss Pat Johnston, Beaver, and Miss Jan Jensen, Orem. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Susan Rich, sister of the bride. They wore lilac crepe dresses with elbow length sleeves and carried bouquets of pink and" white carnations. Standing as best man for the bridegroom was his brother, Bill Ridley, and ushers were Evan J. Lister, Ronald Bess and Tony Ridley, all of Parowan. For the reception the mother of the bride wore a blue pin-tuck fronted dress and the mother of the bridegroom wore a beige suit and each wore a white jap-inet jap-inet corsage. The bride has attended th Beaver High School and has been serving as secretary of the Beaver Bea-ver Manufacturing Co. The bridegroom bride-groom is a graduate of Parowan High Sci.ool and is now employed employ-ed as a carpenter for Max Riggs Construction Co. They are making mak-ing their home in Parowan at the present time. |
