Show Scholarships and Awards Presented Students Of Parowan High School for Meritious Work At the annual Awards Assembly Assem-bly at the Parowan High School held the final week of school, a number of scholarships were announced an-nounced for members of the graduating class, and numerous ; awards and honors were given to students of the school for special spe-cial work and activities during the past school year. Scholarship awards were as follows: . Vickl Lee Worthen, Brigham Young University, a full tuition scholarship $3(X). Richard Van Ausdal, Utah State University, full tuition. Claudia Jones, University Uni-versity of Utah, school year tuition tui-tion ($225). Evelyn Kirkpatrick, Stevens Henagar College, complete com-plete degree course ($970t. Aly-son Aly-son Adams, College of Southern Utah, full tuition. Glade Holy-oak, Holy-oak, USU or either of its branches, branch-es, Union Pacific scholarship for $2(X). will use it at CSU. The 1964-1965 student body officers, Bill Trimmer, president; Norman Robinson, vice president, and Janet Ja-net Gurr, secretary, were sworn In by retiring president Vickl Worthen.
