Show I KATHLEEN JONES Engagement of Former Resident Announced The engagement and forthcoming forthcom-ing marriage of Miss Kathleen Jones to former Cedar City resident, resi-dent, Leo S. Larson, was announced an-nounced recently at a tea held at the home of the prospective bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Jones at 2733 Grand-view Grand-view Circle, Salt Lake City. Parents of the future bridegroom bride-groom are former residents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo A. Larson, who now make their home In Page, Ariz. The betrothed pair will exchange ex-change nuptial promises September Septem-ber 8 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Tem-ple. Following they will be feted at a wedding breakfast at Hotel Utah's Sky Room by the bridegroom's bride-groom's parents and that evening the bridal couple will greet guests at a reception at the Alpha Al-pha Chi Omega sorority house on the campus of the University of Utah. The bride-elect is attending the U of U where she is affiliated with Alpha Chi Omega. Mr. Larson Lar-son is also studying at the U and has completed an LDS Western States Mission. Mrs. Vern L. Ashcroft, Mrs. DeWayne Willardsen, Mrs. Ellis Ivory, Miss Vicki Taylor, Miss Arlene Bullock, Miss Kathy Jeffs and Miss Maurine Matheson will attend the bride. Brother of the prospective bridegroom, Ken Larson will be best man with Jim Thorley, Ron Shook, Jon Jsom, Alan Jones, Don Steele and Travis Nelson as ushers. |
