All locations are in SLB&M. TO CHANGE: a-4458 Grant R. Hunter, Cedar Ce-dar City, Utah proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.827 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 115, Cedar City Valley Proposed Pro-posed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 601 ft. and W. 205 ft. from SM. Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1, as a supplemental ppply, for the irrigation ir-rigation of 136.78 acres In SWK-SEK, SWK-SEK, SESW4 Sec. 15, WH-NEVi, WH-NEVi, NE4NW4 Sec. 22, SEVi-SWVl SEVi-SWVl Sw 77 Tra R11W Hereafter, .074 of the above described de-scribed right is to be diverted from a 12-in. well, 250 ft. deep at a point N. 640 ft. and E. 1350 ft. from WK Cor. Sec. 22, T35S, R16W; and used for the domestic domes-tic requirements of one family, for the watering of 45 sheep, 5 horses, 16 cattle and 20 swine, and for the Irrigation of 95 acres, all uses In EV4NEK, WNWK Sec. 23, T35S, R16W. Hereafter, 286.68 ac.-ft. Is to be diverted from two 14-ln. wells, bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at the following points: (1) N. 1345 ft. and W. 500 ft. from EVi Cor. Sec. 22, T35S. The water has been diverted di-verted from North Kane Spring at a point N. 14 deg 00 mln. W. 3572 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 11, T32S, R9W, and used for the watering of 167 cattle and 750 sheep in SV4NEK said Sec. 11. Hereafter, .022 sec.-ft is to be diverted from the same point of diversion as heretofore and used for the watering of 500 cattle In Sees. 10, and 11, T32S, R9W. 4494 Howard and Alma Holt, 58 S. 300 W, St, George, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 400 ac.-ft, of water evi-denced evi-denced by Water Users Claims Nog. 1991, 1992, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 1370 ft. and W. 1730 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 28, T36S, R16V, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 100 acres in NWKSEK, NEKSWK, NW. SWK, said Sec. 28. Hereafter 400 ac.-ft is to be diverted from Either one or both of two 16-in, wells at the follow. Ing points: (1) 335 ft deep-same as above described: (2) bet 150 and 400 ft deep . Sec 28, T36S, R16W, and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1, as a Supplemental supply for the Irrl-gatlon Irrl-gatlon of 100 acres In WHNEK, NWK, NWKSEK, NttSWK said Sec. 28. a-4503 Nevada Land and Mortgage Co., 1207 East Charleston Charles-ton Blvd., Las Vegas, Nev., proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, di-version, place and nature of use of 1.5 Fec.-ft. of water evidenced by Diligence Claim No. 1211. The water has been diverted from Boiler Spring at either one or both of the following points: (1) S. 505 ft. and W. 4365 ft.; (2) S. 1080 ft. and W. 2644 ft. - both from NE Cor. Sec. 31, T36S, R8W, and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 15 for the domestic requirements of' one family, for the watering of 60 cattle and 2 horses, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 74.7 acres, all uses in NEKNEK, NWKNEK, Lot 1, Sec. 31, T36S, R8W. Hereafter 1.5 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from two points of diversion di-version as follows: (1) same as heretofore; (2) S. 515 ft. and W. 1193 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 31, T36S, R8W, by means of a dam 20 ft. in height creating a reservoir reser-voir having a capacity of 40 ac.-ft., ac.-ft., inundating 7.1 acres in NEKNEK NEK-NEK said Sec. 31. The water will be stored from Jan. 1 to December Decem-ber 31, released and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the recreational recrea-tional purposes of 450 lots, trailer sites, one guest lodge, and watering water-ing of 6 cattle and horses, all uses in NEKNEK, NWKNEK, Lots 1, 2, SWK NEK Sec. 31. T36S, R8W. The water not consumed and in excess of that needed to fill the reservoir will be allowed to spill at the outlet and flow down a natural channel to a' point N. 300 ft. and W. 400 ft. I from NE Cor. said Sec. 31, there it will be commingled with the natural channel of Boiler Spring. a-4511 Norman I. Heaton, Cedar City, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of .420 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by group of Underground-water Claims. The water has been diverted from wells at points and in amounts as follows: (1) Claim No. 4293 -S. 2428 ft. and E. 1298 ft. - .040 sec.-ft.; (2) Claim No. 4294 . S. 2331 ft. and E. 1298 ft. - .067 sec.-ft., (3) Claim No. 4295 - S. 2244 ft. and E. 1298 ft. - .044 sec.-ft., sec.-ft., (4) Claim No. 4296 - S 2155 ft. and E. 1298 ft. - .056 sec.-ft.; (5) Claim No. 4297, S 2161 ft. and E. 485 ft. - .044 sec.-ft.; (fi) Claim No. 18479 - S. 2148 ft. and E. 1298 ft. . .096 sec.-ft.; (7) Claim No. 18480 - S. 2557 ft. and E. 1298 ft. - .073 sec.-ft., all from NK Cor. Sec. 20, T33S, R8W. The water has been used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 35 acres in WHNEK, N ft NWK said Sec. 20 and for year-round watering water-ing of 44 cattle and 14 horses. Hereafter, the same quantity of water is to be diverted during the same period as heretofore from a 12-in. well, 242 ft. deep at a point S. 2335 ft. and E. 1300 ft. from NK Cor. Sec. 20, T33S, R8W, and used for the same purposes as described above In WftNEK, N'iNWK, SEKNWK said Sec. 20. TO APPROPRIATE: 36106 Charles H. Esplin, 118 North 400 West, Cedar City, Ut., .025 sec.-ft. is to be diverted from a 6-in. well, bet. 50 and 400 ft. deep at a point N. 1150 ft. and W. 1050 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 26, T35S, R11W, and used for the domestic do-mestic requirements of 200 persons, per-sons, and for the watering of 200 cattle and 10 horses, all uses in SEKSEK Sec. 26, WVaSWK Sec. 25, T35S, R11W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before July 18, 1964.
