Show Gleaner Girls Entertain Bride Mrs. Helen Neilsen and her Gleaner Girls entertained Tuesday Tues-day night at a wedding shower honoring Mr. and Mrs. Don Kimball. Kim-ball. Mrs. Kimball was the former for-mer Laurine Price, daughter of Archie Price. A large crowd attended bringing bring-ing many beautiful gifts to the young couple. Wanless Shields acted as master mas-ter of ceremonies, announcing the following program: vocal solo, by Bertie Lisonbee, accompanied ac-companied by Emma Lee Lisonbee; Lison-bee; reading, Maxine Murphy yocal duet, Judy Halladav and Louise Liddell; reading, Wilma Meyer; a trio by Janice Ander-ton, Ander-ton, Janet Stevens and LaRae Dxollmger, accompanied by Jo-ann Jo-ann Todd, all of Roosevelt. Music was furnished by a Bridgeland orchestra. Mrs. Ronald Lisonbee entertained enter-tained her Sunday School class at a party at her home, Friday evening. Eight children enjoyed the evening of games and light refreshments. Word has been received from Salt Lake that Kenneth Neilsen, who underwent a major operation opera-tion last week, is improving. Mrs. Kenneth Neilsen has been with her husband during his illness. |
