Show Neola Auxiliary Plans For Valentine Party NEOLA The Neola American Ameri-can Legion Auxiliary held its monthly meeting at the home or Phyllis Wardle Monday evening. An interesting talk on legislation legisla-tion was given by Mrs. Kenneth McClellan, school principal. Berniece Yack was appointed as poppy chairman for the Auxiliary, Aux-iliary, Jen Woodward as historian, histor-ian, and Palmyra Peterson as civic service chairman. The Auxiliary has collected and shipped to Korea a large box of warm clothing for the Korean children. Plans were made for a canasta canas-ta party and pot-luck supper for Valentine day for the Legion and Auxiliary. The next meeting will be Monday, Feb. 2, at the home of Helen Larsen. |
