Show Mr. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus THURSDAY. CLUB MEETS The Thursday Club was held at the home of Mrs. Sarah Bro-kaw Bro-kaw Jan. 15. Those enjoying the afternoon and delicious refreshments re-freshments were: Olive Soren-sen, Soren-sen, Edith Gentry, Jo Yergensen and Violet Gentry. - Mr. and Mrs. Ashby, of Vernal, Ver-nal, were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Lloyd Thursday. ' Mr. and Mrs. Glen So'rensen and little daughter were luncheon lunch-eon guests of Glen's mother, Mrs. Olive Sorensen. ' Louise Gentry spent the weekend week-end with Wanda Sprouse at the Uintah Power Plant. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fausett and daughters, Nadine, and Evelyn, spent Sunday in Vernal. W. G. Gentry and son, Tom, transacted business in Duchesne Sunday. Mrs. Gentry accompanied accompan-ied them as far as Myton. where she spent the afternoon with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Devon Gentry. Arnold Webb and sister, Mrs. Lila French and son, Farrell. of Salt Lake City, were weekend visitors of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John E. Webb. ChaTlyn Stone, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Garrett Gar-rett Stone. Speakers at Sacrament meeting, meet-ing, Sunday were. President Hol-lis Hol-lis Hullinger and Patricia Wills, -f Roosevelt. Ray Johnson, of Roosevelt, accompanied by La Rae Drollinger, sang a vocal solo. |
