BE VOTED ON SOON WASHINGTON, Doc. 11 By unanimous unani-mous consent today the house agreed to consider on Monday the constitutional constitu-tional amendment for nation-wide prohibition pro-hibition which already has been passed pass-ed by the senate The judiciary committee com-mittee today favorably reported the amendment. WASHINGTON, Dec. 11. Report on the prohibition constitutional amendment in time for the house to vote on the question probably between December 17 and 20 was indicated today to-day when the house judiciary committee commit-tee met to consider national prohibition prohibi-tion and woman suffrage. Leaders intimated in-timated that the suffrage amendment might bo held up in committee until after the Christmas holidays, although strong efforts to induce committee action Immediately Is expected from suffrage supporters. oo |
