Show EffllL IRK IN THE CITY SCHOOLS Supt Henry C. Johnson of the citv schools will go to Salt Lake tomorrow to meet with other superintendents of the state and tho two representatives of the Bureau of Education of the United States to consider the adapting of vocational Instruction to tho schools, in accordance with the provisions of the Smith-Weavor bill. This bill, recently passed, gives a fund of money for vocational work in the state which is combined with, state funds, providing the schools meet certain cer-tain requirements imposed by the bill. The superintendents will meet also with tho state superintendent of public instruction, Dr. E. G. Gowans. |
