Barker H of the municipal court slapped his H third $29 fine within the last two days upon a convicted bootlegger. The third victim was W. A. Topham, arrested Sunday by. Deputy Sheriffs Soule and Brown and thirty-six pints taken from Topham evidently was a novice in. H police court. He did not have the ap- J pearance or the vernacular of the usual polico couri frequenter.
