Show At B'iUe on Saturday last Charles G. l'rice, was con victed of murder in the second degree for killing P. J. Cunning-' hr.ni lit December, and on Sunday moruing he was found dead In his cell having taken morphine. The sucide left a cote to the sheriff stating that the I drug was passed into his cell by a friend a month since to be used with suicidal j intent in event of conviction. The jury j in Price's case brought in a verdict of guilty at 11 p. m.. and two honrs after Price swallowed the fatal potion. |
