Among her previous awards are the Young 1 Artists Competition of the Hudson Valley Philharmonic in ( 1967w appearing ;wjth MJXi4 chestra the following season; i First prize of the Friday morning Music Club of Washington, D.C., and the 1971 competition of the Bergen (New Jersey) Philharmonic, as a result of which she appeared as guest artist under the baton of Arthur Fiedler. She has also performed as solist with Alexander Schneider's orchestra at Carnegie Car-negie Hall and with the St. Louis Little Symphony. Her many concerto appearances during the 1974-75 season included the Fort . Myers, Fla. Philharmonic, and asncej jd9ist and Jn residency with, numerous Michigan ' orchestras, including the Grand Rapids Symphony, the Lansing Symphony and the Saginaw Symphony. |
