Show PARAGON AH NEWS was here Friday and Saturday to visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Renford Talbot. Don Northington and his young wife, Leslie, became first time parents February 7 when a six pound fourteen oz. boy was born to them at home in Paragonah. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bud Orton and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Northington of Parowan, and great grandmothers are Mrs. Marie Orton of Parowan and Mrs. Nina Robb, Paragonah. Mr. and Mrs. Gale Roberts and sons, Alan and Jeffrey of Cedar City, were Saturday visitors at the Alma Topham home, Mrs. Erma Lamoreaux visited 1 in Cedar City from Thursday to Saturday with the Bud Bauer family. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Limb of Beaver visited here Saturday with Mr. and Mrs. James H. Anderson. Mrs. Maxine Kieffer of Bountiful and her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Mary Lou Kieffer and baby, visited, here from Wednesday Wed-nesday to Saturday with Mrs. , Gwen Jones. They were enroute to California. Mrs. Hannah Robinson and Mrs. Hilma Lamoreaux were to Parowan Thursday evening to attend a party honoring Mrs. Jill Evans. The three younger children of the Gary Miller family of Cedar City visited here for two days the week-end of February 15 with the Dean Robinson family. By Hilma Lamoreaux Mr. and Mrs. Chester Robinson returned home Friday after a weeks stay in California with the Leland Banks family of Whittier. The trip was arranged as a belated Christmas gift by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Edwards of Cedar City, whose son, Paul, accompanied the two couples on the trip. The report an interesting trip which took them to Marineland, Disneyland, a tour of Universal Pictures Studio, a day at the beach and for the fellows a day at the Santa Anita Race Track. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Harris and son, Kelly, of Salt Lake City visited here overnight Friday and again Sunday. Saturday they traveled to Las Vegas where young Mr. Harris participated in an invitational hockey tournament. tour-nament. Mrs. Norman Topham was to St. Geroge Tuesday for an appointment ap-pointment with her doctor. She is making a slow but satisfactory recovery from back surgery. Miss Ada Robinson was also-to see her Doctor Tuesday and had her cast replaced by a walking cast. She is getting about a bit with crutches now. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Talbot and daughter, Annette, traveled to Salt Lake City early Friday on business and to spend the weekend with friends. They returned home Sunday. Leslie Topham left for Price Monday to accept employment 'there as an accountant. Leslie finished his college course at SUSC in December. Leslie will look for suitable housing for his family and return later for his wife Colleen , and their young daugher, Jennifer Jen-nifer . The Tophams travled to Price and Salt Lake City last week. Mr. and Mrs. Legrand Robb traveled to Orem Monday to spend the week with their son, Clifford, and his family.
