Show Happy Homemaker 1 Easy Chocolate CAke for Sweet Tooths j If you are one of those familys whose motto is: "Cake isn't cake unless it's chocolate", you might want to add this yummy recipe to your collection. And you don't even have to have an egg in the house to make it either. Thanks goes to Gayle Garrett for sharing this quick and delicious recipe. Thanks much. Busy Day Chocolate CAKE Mix following ingredients in one bowl: 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 6 TBS cocoa :, t cup oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 cups water 2 TBS vinegar -1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp, salt. Pour into greased cookie sheet (with sides on it). Bake 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and frost immediately with following frosting. FROSTING 2 cups powdered sugar 2 TBS cocoa 4 TBS canned milk ; i square of margerine ;,i tsp. vanilla NOTE: Unless you like really dark chocolate, I've found that in most recipes the cocoa can be cut in half.
