Show New Owners for Wards Store Cedar City's Montgomery Ward's store has new owners. Lee and Joyce Sherratt have recently returned to Cedar City and own and operate the store. They are planning a "new owners" ' open house in the near future. The Sherratt family has lived in Pullman, Washington for the past several years. Mr. Sherratt has been employed by the LDS Church Education System teaching in Kanab and Spanish Fork in the past. Mr. Sherratt has directed institute activities on the Big Bend Community College campus and was an instructor in-structor in the institute on the campus of Washjington State University. Mr. Sherratt has served in various church positions including serving in the stake presidency in Kanab, as scout leader and later in the Bishopric in Spanish Fork, and on the high council for five years in Moses Lake. Mrs. Sherratt has also been active in church activities and has served as primary teacher, inservice leader, young womens presidency and as spiritual living leader. The Sherratts have live children ranging from eighth grader Susan to toddler Steven. They are happy to again be living in Cedar City and hope to be of service to the area. |
