Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLY NEWS Mrs. Veda Matheson Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Jones, former Enoch residents, stopped stop-ped to visit with Norman and Loleen Grimshaw and family last week. They are from Spokane, Spo-kane, Washington, and were on their way to Provo from Las Vegas. Steve and Carla Grimshaw and son Mark have moved into in-to their new home near Steve's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George D. Grimshaw. Max and Omah Lee Maxwell Max-well and their three children of Bountiful, visited over the Easter weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Louis Maxwell and family. fam-ily. Also visiting the Louis Maxwells Max-wells was another son, Leon, and his fiance, Betty Orrs ol California. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Maxwell and Mrs. Bud Nelson were in Salt Lake City Friday of last week to attend the wedding reception for Mr. and Mrs. John Hall. Carl Nelson was here from Salt Lake City over the weekend week-end to visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bud Nelson. Stewerat and Beverly Murie have a new baby girl bornj last week at the Valley View Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Cleon Matheson Mathe-son had the misfortune to have their house catch fire Sunday night. They were able to put it out before it had done much damage. Dee and Cleone Wilcken and family spent Friday night at Zion Canyon. On their return Saturday they brought with them Unis and Alberta Maize from Santa Clara and Hurricane Hur-ricane to spend the weekend with their sister Debbie, who is the Wilcken's foster daughter. daugh-ter. The Enoch Ward Boy Scout troop 3336 won the attendance contest at the Court of Honor Hon-or in Parowan this week. It was the third consecutive time they had won, which gave them the prize for the contest. |
