Show I KANARRAVILLE NEWS By Hannah Davis I Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Reeves have returned to their home in Ely, Nev. after spending a week here with Claytons parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wajdo Reeves. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Pace and sniall son of Boulder City, Nev. visited here last week with relatives. rela-tives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Dalton and family of Parowan were visitors at the home of Mrs. Dalton's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Williams. J. V. Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs Virgil Davis, has been re-leased re-leased from the Army and has returned home. He has been stationed sta-tioned In Germany for several months. Hams. Mr. Roundy also visited Mrs. Iona . Livermore and her daughter Patsy, spent a few days in Las Vegas, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Ren Williams attended at-tended a Utah Poultry Coop party par-ty at Enoch Jast week. Ward Conference was held here Sunday, April 22 with Pres. P. K. Edmunds, Pres. Kumen Gardner, and Stake Clerk Elmer Cox in attendance. A mothers' and daughters' meeting was held at the close of Sunday School. Some of the Stake MIA officials were here. Vernon Jones of the Stake High Council was the speaker. Bishop Alton Ford has gone to California for awhile where he has employment. Horace Roundy, Mrs. Cleo Williams Wil-liams and daughter Dora and iShirJey and Mrs. Lucille Hale of Salt Lake City visited here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wil- with his daughter, Mrs. Nedra Ence, and family. Mrs. Louis Ence of Cedar City spent a few days here with her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Nedra Ence, who has the mumps. Miss Bonnie Piatt of New Plymouth, Ply-mouth, Idaho spent Sunday here with her grandmother, Mrs. Mina Piatt, and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Leon-ard Davis. Miss Piatt is attending attend-ing school at B Y U. Mrs. Carma WiUiams and Deb-orah Deb-orah and Jeffrey, and Hannah Davis were visitors in LaVerkin Mrnday. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Larson of Ogden visited here Sunday with their brother-in-law and sister Mr. , and Mrs. Ivan Davis, and family. Mrs. Jean Brooks of Wyoming visited here at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Davis. Mrs. Brooks was a former resident here. Lynn Reeves took his Sunday School class to the St. George Temple Saturday for baptismal services. They were accompanied by Mrs. Carma Williams. A court of honor for Boy Scout troop 338 was held here Sunday evening. Several awards were given to the boys. The affair was under the direction of the scoutmasters, Marvin and Jack Christensen. Hartley Woodbury visited In Las Vegas with some of his chil-dren. chil-dren. Mrs." Betty Williams and her daughter LucUle attended the wedding of her brother Roger Vandenbeghe last week in Beaver.
