Jones, life-long resident resi-dent of Enoch and Cedar City, celebrated his 8Gth birthday Saturday, Sat-urday, Jan. 8, receiving members , of his family and friends during the day. Mr. Jones, who at this advanced ad-vanced age is enjoying excellent health and lives alone at his , home at 113 North 400 West, re-, re-, ceived a number of friends and greeted each of his children who reside in Cedar City, including Carlos Jones, Mary Jane Rollo, Ella Bettridge, Lillis Larson, De-moin De-moin and LaNoir Jones. Other members of his family are Van Dyne Bishop, Salt Lake City; Edgar C. Jones, Vernal, and Olivia Oli-via White, Redding, Calif. - . I
