OCR Text	Show WOTICE TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS STOCKHOLD-ERS OF COAL CREEK IRRIGATION IRRIGA-TION COMPANY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the annual meeting of the stockholders of all classes of stock to be held on Tuesday, the 1st day of February, 1955 at the hour of 7:30 p. m. of said day In the Courtroom of the City and County Building in Cedar City, Utah, the action of the Board of Directors to amend the Articles of Incorporation of the company so as to hereafter have a Board of Directors of SEVEN members, ONE of whom shall be elected by and from the owners of Class "A'tock, ONE of whom shall be elected by and from the owners own-ers of Class "C" stock, ONE of whom shall be elected by and from the owners of Class 4th Grade stock and FOUR of whom shall be elected by and from the , owners of Class "B" stock will be conslJercd by all stockholders for approval or disapprovel.
