Show Internal Revenue Boss Reminds Of Tax Form Deadlines There are a considerable number num-ber of Federal tax forms which are due in the months of January, Jan-uary, according to Charles I. Fox, District Director of Internal Revenue. Reve-nue. In order to avoid delinquencies, delinquen-cies, taxpayers are urged to note the following due dates in the filing of returns: I January 15, Final date for filing fil-ing original or amended Declarations Declara-tions of Estimated tax, form 1040-ES. 1040-ES. Farmers must file this form unless they plan to file a final return form 1040 by Jan. 31. j Jan. 31, Due date for Fourth 'quarter, 1954 Employer's Quarterly Quar-terly Federal Tax Return, form 941. This form Includes a reconciliation recon-ciliation of income tax withheld (Schedule C) which must be completed. com-pleted. This schedule is in lieu , of form W-3 which has been used , in prior years. Form W-2a, em-. em-. ployees Withholding Statements, must also be filed with form 941. |
