Farmers Reminded To File Estimated Tax Return Charles L. Fox, district director direc-tor of Internal revenue In Salt Lake City, today reminded all "Farmers" that they must file a "Declaration of Estimated Tax" for the year 1934 and pay the total to-tal estimated tax shown on the declaration by January 15, 1955 or file a completed 1954 Income tax return and pay the total tax shown on the return by Jan. 31, 1955 In order to avoid the assertion asser-tion of a penalty for failure to file a Declaration of Estimated Tax. Mr. Fox also stated that if the farmer files a "Declaration of Estimated Tax" for 1954 on or before be-fore Jan. 15, 1955, his final 1954 Income tax return must be filed by April 15, 1955.
