Show MaryL. E.Houchen Funeral Services Saturday Final respects were paid Mrs. Mary Louise Elliker Houchen Fisher, 85, at funeral services conducted In the Third ward chapel cha-pel Saturday. March 15, by Bishop Bish-op A. E. Whatcott. Mrs. Fisher died March 12 of ailments incident inci-dent to age. I Prelude organ music was by Mrs. Reed Roberts, and the musical musi-cal program consisted of a vocal solo, "That Wonderful Mother of Mine," by Christine Houchen; a vocal duet, "Jesus" Lover of My Soul" by Myles Walker and Ray Cosslett, accompanied by Mrs. Beth Leigh, and a song "Lead Me Gently Home," by a mixed quartet quar-tet composed of Miss Mamie Eck, Mrs. Lois McConnell, Ray Cosslett Coss-lett andMyles Walker, accompanied accom-panied by Mrs. Leigh. Sentiments from the Relief So-cietytwere So-cietytwere read by Mrs. Abbie Riddle, and speakers were Samuel Sam-uel F. Leigh and I. E. Riddle, with brief remarks by Bishop Whatcott. Invocation was by Bishop Fernleigh Gardner, benediction by Bishop Leo Larson and the dedicatory prayer by David A. Smith. Pall bearers were Dean, Ted and Douglas Nelson, Jay Green and Charles Houchen, grandsons of the deceased, and Wallace Houchen, a son. |
