Show Production Staii Of Musical Comedy Is Named Assignments on the production staff of the student musical comedy com-edy now in production at B A C have been announced by Jerry Sherratt, director. Working on an original set design de-sign is Leslie Ann Schrandt, Cedar Ce-dar City freshman art student. Working with the production committee, Miss Schrandt will design an entire new set for the production, scheduled for April 24, 25 and 26. The show is entitled en-titled "Comes Spring," and was written by Miss Joan Isbell, Richfield; Rich-field; Miss Anne Ashcroft, and Mr. Sherratt, Cedar City, with original songs by Mrs. Miriam K. Stallings, Salt Lake City composer. com-poser. Other committees at work on the show include Joe Bishop, Delta, Del-ta, and Fernard Wood, Las Vegas, Ve-gas, lighting; Carol Wright, Cedar Ce-dar City, and Carmen Rose, Delta, Del-ta, ticket sales; LaRae Chesley, Delta, costumes; orchestrations, Douglass Knell, Cedar City; scenery scen-ery construction, Lloyd Heyborne, Cedar City. Members of the dancing danc-ing chorus have also been selected, se-lected, including Jeannine Lunt, Marilyn Arns, Torma Esplin, Mary Lou Pendleton and Carol Christensen, Cedar City, and Bette Larson, Kanab. The show is being sponsored by the Agricola, college yearbook. year-book. This is the first year a musical comedy has heen attempted at-tempted as a student project. |
