Show ENOCH AND MIDVALLEY NOTES William H. Grimshaw spent several days here from St. George where he Is working in the L D S temple. He came home to attend the wedding reception for his granddaughter, Clara Mae Grimshaw Hatch. Sarah Matheson is improving after an illness of two weeks. Ward conference was held in the Enoch ward Sunday. Stake President Clair Rowley, Counselor Counsel-or J. Harold Mitchell, and Stake Clerk, Grayson Gurr, were in attendance at-tendance and gave talks during the conference. Vacancies in the ward official family were filled during the conference. LaVon Jones, who had been serving as second counselor coun-selor to Bishop Stanley Smith, and who recently moved to Denver, Den-ver, was released and Ronald Anderson was sustained to fill the vacancy. A vacancy in the Sunday School superintendency was filled by Austin Johnson. The Young Men's Mutual Improvement Im-provement association was reorganized re-organized since Dertton Jones, had also moved to Denver. Lewis Maxwell was sustained as superintendent sup-erintendent with Norman Grimshaw Grim-shaw as first assistant, Glen Garfield, second assistant, and J. Franklin Jones, secretary.
