Show Junior High School PTA Officials Set Up Committees Officers of the Cedar City Junior Jun-ior High School Parent-Teachers Association announced early this week several committee appointments. appoint-ments. In preparation for the 1955-56 school year which opens in September, these committees have been appointed and will begin be-gin functioning immediately, a representative said. The appointments were listed as follows: Historian, Ida Halterman; Halter-man; room representative, Odessa Odes-sa Gentry; publicity, Mary Jane Seaman; program, Mrs. Leatha Frestwich; civil defense and safety, safe-ty, E. J. Stuck! ; juvenile protection, protec-tion, Tony Lambert; magazine, Mrs. Glen Yergensen, and budget bud-get and finance, Mrs. Myrtle Bauer. A woman churchgoer stopped outside to chat with & friend after af-ter services. Suddenly she remembered re-membered she had left her purse in the pew. When she returned it was gone.
