Marchant was in trouble 1 a couple of times but the great ' defensive play which brought many fine comments from officials offi-cials and spectators, was there when he needed it. On a number of occasions Marchant fell behind his batter but he reverted to a sidearm pitch, which he can control con-trol very well, to pour in the strikes and get himself out of trouble. In the first Inning Cedar scored two runs on three hits and a walk. Scoring were Rosenberg nd Marchant the second and fourth men in the batting order for the All-Stars.
