Show Sylvia Karen Smith Is Bride of Warren Don Bulloch Miss Sylvia Karen Smith and Warren Don Bulloch, prominent local couple, exchanged marriage vows in the Salt Lake L D S temple Wednesday forenoon, and were honored at reception at tfte home of the bride's parents on Wednesday evening. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Smith, and the groom a son of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Bulloch. Following a honeymoon trip to the Pacific Northwest the groom will report at his station to begin six months training at a Navy Medical Corps school, and the bride will continue con-tinue her nurse's training at the University of Utah. Cedar High Graduates The new Mrs. Bulloch is a graduate of the Cedar City High School and has been in training at the University of Utah for the past year. Her husband, also a graduate of Cedar City High School, attended the College of Southern Utah and has been serving serv-ing with the U. S. Navy for the )1M JTfll. The bride was attended at the reception Wednesday by her sister. sis-ter. Mrs. ColJins Mitchell, matron of honor; Miss Marilyn Fox, Salt Lake City, maid of honor; Mrs. Kay Smith, and the Misses' Janet Wasden, Marlene Hanzon, Helen Harris, and Laurena Jones, as bridesmaids, and little Miss Toni Lambert, junior bridesmaid. Le-land Le-land Wade stood as best man for the gToom. Bride's Attire The bride was lovely in a wedding dress with chapel train of nylon net and tulle over s'atin. She wore a finger tip veil attached at-tached to a Juliet cap of pearls and lace, and. carried a bou-ouet bou-ouet of orchids and carnations. Her attendants' carried bouquets of gladiolas. Mrs. Smith, mother of the bride, wore a gown of pink nylon net. ballerina length, and Mrs. Bulloch, mother of the groom, was in a gown of cream lace over taffctta. Hostesses at the reception were Mrs. Roma Osborne, Mrs. Keith Smith and Mrs. Tony Lambert. Miss Fern Johnson was in charge of the kitchen assisted "by Dorothy Doro-thy Green and Laurel Smith. Serving were the Misses Jed Smith, Judy Smith and Mrs. Joel Webster. In charge of the gift room were Miss Barbara Smith, Miss Carol Ann Tarry, Mrs. Ray-nojd Ray-nojd Dennett and Miss Carol Lee Arthur. Miss Claudia Hirschi was in charge of registration. Collins Mitchell and Tony Lambert acted act-ed as ushers. |
