Lions Club Members Learn About Weather Predictions Weather and weather predictions predic-tions was the topic of an outstanding out-standing discussion by Ralph B. Piatt, Cedar City engineer, at the regular Monday noon luncheon of the Lions Club. Of interest to Cedar City citizens, citi-zens, the discussion was timely and quite revealing to a number of the Lions Club members. Mr. Piatt discussed the method used in predicting weather developments, develop-ments, and although he didn't guarantee complete accuracy he assured the members that they were right most of the time. A Lions Club member himself, Mr. Piatt was well received at the Monday meeting. 1 Next Monday, Mar. 22 Alex Angclo and his publicity committee com-mittee will be in charge of the program. Mr. Angelo announced that the program would feature outstanding musical numbers. He also revealed a special sidelight, side-light, not yet to be disclosed, that should .surprise a number of Lions. He suggested that all attend at-tend Monday for a real treat.
