Show KAHARRAVILLE NEWS Mrs. Mable Williams has gone to Canada, having been called because of the serious illness of her mother, Mrs. Leader. A son was born Mar. 13 at the Iron County hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Caldwell. Mr. and Mrs. Keith Pollock and children visited a few days In Las Vegas with relatives. Several of our people attended attend-ed the basketball tournament in Cedar City last week end. . Mrs. Mlna Piatt is in Cedar City with her son Browning caring car-ing for his children while Mrs. Piatt is in Salt Lake City receiving re-ceiving medical care. Visitors at New Harmony Sunday Sun-day were Mr. and Mrs. Delile Davis Da-vis and family, Mary M. Williams, Wil-liams, Hannah A. Davis, Carma Williams and children Deborah and Jeffery. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Berry and children were visitors in Toquer-ville Toquer-ville with Mrs. Berry's sister and family, Mrs. Avey Bringhurst Sunday visitors here were Mr. and Mrs. Joy Pollock and children, chil-dren, Mr. and Mrs. Clint Hunter and children of Cedar City, Mr. and Mrs. Marel Bayles and children chil-dren of Parowan and Mr. and Mrs. Bernell Isom of Cedar City. Herschel Neeley and Lillis Larson Lar-son of Cedar City were visitors at Sundcy School. Mr. and Mrs. Wickley Gubler and family of La Verkin, Mrs. Mary A. Gubler, Miss Jacketta Theobald and Miss Janice Niel-son Niel-son were visitors at Sacrament meeting here Sunday. Mr. Gubler Gub-ler as the speaker and his daughter, Miss Annette Gubler, sang a solo, accompanied on the piano by Miss Jocketta Theobald., A Genealogical meeting was held Sunday evening with Mrs. Wealth Reeves of Cedar City as thespeaker. Mrs. Bill Isom underwent surgery sur-gery at the Iron County hospital last week. Horace Roundy of Provo was a visitor here Tuesday. Amanda Williams was a visitor vis-itor in New Harmony Monday with her son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. Lysle Prince and family. Mrs. Betty Pace of New Harmony Har-mony visited here Monday with Mrs. Helen Batty. Grant Tucker of Cedar City gave all his employees and partners part-ners a steak diinner Saturday night at the Silver Leaf. Those attending the supper from here were Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves and son Devon, Mr. and Mrs. Ro-wen Ro-wen Williams and Dale Christcn-sen Christcn-sen and his mother, Rosella Christensen. |
